 Feedback Management

Feedback editor is used to edit feedback forms. Feedback report is used to combine all feedback answers into one table for easier feedback analysis.

 Feedback Editor

Feedback Editor is used to create and maintain feedback forms and location-based feedback points in a project.

Create a new feedback form

  • Open Feedback Editor.
  • Click New.
  • Enter a Description (shown to users as the feedback form description/instructions).
  • Enable Active to make the form available.
  • (Optional) Select Person to assign to route feedback to a responsible person.
  • Drag question fields from the left panel and drop them into the form area (Drag and drop questions).
  • Click Save.


Edit an existing form

  • Use Load to select an existing form, make changes, and click Save.


Location-based feedback (optional)

  • Click Add location to place the feedback form to a specific location in the project.


 Feedback Report

Feedback report is used to combine all feedback answers into one table for easier feedback analysis.

  • Scroll feedback answers in a table
  • Export feedback table as Excel file for further analysis
    • Smiley answers are saved as numbers in Excel file in smiler icon order; default 0 = very happy to 4 = very unhappy


Tips

  • Run feedback statistics in Excel by claculating feedback result average, median etc...
  • Analyze feedback with AI by uploading feedback report Excel into AI and ask questions from AI
