Functionality
Form template editor is used to create and maintain forms and location-based forms in a project.
Create a new form:
- Open Form template editor from Project / Forms
- Click New
- Enter a Description (shown to users as the feedback form description/instructions)
- Enable Active to make the form available
- Drag form components from the left panel and drop them into the form area (Drag and drop components)
- Click Save
Edit an existing form
- Use Load to select an existing form, make changes, and click Save
Location-based feedback (optional)
- Click Add location to place the feedback form to a specific location in the project
